Draft Man/ Design Creative (Viman Nagar)

JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Draftsman / Design Creative (Architectural) Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Department: Architecture / Design Reporting To: Senior Architect / Project Head Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Draftsman / Design Creative with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and drafting. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, conceptual designs, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical drafting skills along with creativity in design development. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings as per project requirements.
- Develop design concepts, presentations, and creative design solutions.
- Create 2D and 3D drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, site teams, and consultants.
- Modify and revise drawings based on project requirements and client feedback.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
- Support project documentation and maintain drawing records.
- Conduct site visits when required for measurements and design coordination. Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural drafting and design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and architectural standards.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail. Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of materials and construction techniques.
