Job Title: Business Development Executive / Sales Intern (Software & Digital Services) About the Role: We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy, and result-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. We specialize in building and delivering cutting-edge software solutions and digital services. This is a unique opportunity open to both Full-Time Freshers looking to kickstart their career in tech sales/business development, and Ambitious Interns looking for hands-on IT sales experience. You will be responsible for identifying prospective business clients, pitching our software products and digital service offerings, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify business prospects (B2B), school/enterprise leads, or potential clients who need software solutions and digital services.
- Product Demos & Pitches: Connect with prospects via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to schedule and conduct software product demonstrations (via Zoom/Google Meet or in-person).
- Consultative Selling: Understand the client’s operational pain points and effectively explain how our software and digital services can solve their problems.
- Deal Closure: Handle objections confidently, follow up diligently with leads, and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized track of all leads, communication history, and account updates in our database. Requirements & Skills:
- Education: Open to college students (for internships) and recent graduates/freshers (for full-time roles). A background or interest in IT, Computer Science, or Management is a plus.
- Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical features in simple business terms. (Fluency in English and Marathi/Hindi is highly preferred).
- Tech Comfort: Must be comfortable using smartphones, laptops, Google Workspace, and basic communication tools.
- Mindset: Highly motivated by targets, resilient against rejections, and eager to learn up-to-date software sales strategies. What We Offer (Compensation & Benefits):
- For Interns: A fixed monthly stipend of ₹4,000 to ₹8,000 + performance-based incentives for every software/service contract closed. (Duration: 3 to 6 months, with an opportunity to convert to a Full-Time position based on performance).
- For Full-Time Freshers: A competitive fixed salary structure + attractive commission incentives on every sales milestone.
- Perks: Mobile/internet expense reimbursement and standard travel allowance (if local client visits are required).
- Growth: Hands-on exposure to the fast-growing IT/SaaS product industry and direct sales mentorship. Pay: ₹4,000.00
