Job Description – Assistant Manager | Client Onboarding

Location: Pune

CTC: ₹14–15 LPA

Industry: Insurance / Insurance Operations

We are hiring for the role of Assistant Manager – Client Onboarding for a leading organization in the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end client implementation, onboarding, policy setup, and data governance activities while ensuring a seamless client experience.

Role Purpose:

The IDS Assistant Manager will lead end-to-end client implementation, data setup, and governance activities for both recent and existing clients. The role involves ensuring accurate policy and configuration setup, delivering high-quality data, and acting as a key bridge between clients, operations, IT, and analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation activities Handle policy/configuration setup and data validation processes Coordinate with operations, analytics, and IT teams for smooth implementation Ensure accuracy and quality of client data and reporting feeds Perform reconciliation and analysis to maintain data integrity Support governance and compliance activities related to onboarding Build and maintain robust stakeholder and client relationships Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:Experience:

7–12+ years of experience in Insurance Operations / Client Implementations

Prior experience in claims, policy administration, or data services preferred

Insurance domain experience is mandatory

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required

Preferred specialization: Insurance, Business, or Analytics

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Reconciliation, Data Analysis)

Understanding of IDS systems, policy data structures, and reporting feeds

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with Insurance Operations and Client Implementation experience will be preferred Solid client handling and coordination skills required Comfortable working in US shifts Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
