Business Development Representative (Kharadi)

We are looking for a confident and goal-oriented Demand Generation Executive to proactively reach out to potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle objections while maintaining a professional approach. Schedule – Fully onsite in Pune, office in EST hours (6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST) Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers using provided databases
- Introduce company products/services clearly and professionally
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
- Handle objections and rejections confidently and professionally
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach effectiveness
- Follow compliance guidelines and company communication standards Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly
- Robust persuasion and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools
- Goal-driven mindset with resilience and persistence
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in cold calling, telecalling, or inside sales
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
