This role requires proven leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and prior on-paper experience as a Team Leader in Sales, Retention, or Collections. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team to achieve business goals, ensuring performance excellence, and fostering a positive work workplace. Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
- Drive productivity and efficiency through effective planning and execution.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for growth and retention. Requirements
- Mandatory on-paper experience as a Team Leader in Sales, Retention, or Collections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Experience into International Voice process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- 2 way cab service provided.
- Willing to work in US Shift. Pay: Up to ₹950,000.00 per year Benefits
