– Team Leader (Sales / Retention / Collections)

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Team Leaders to join our growing operations. This role requires proven leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and prior on-paper experience as a Team Leader in Sales, Retention, or Collections.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team to achieve business goals, ensuring performance excellence, and fostering a positive work workplace.

Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement. Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards. Drive productivity and efficiency through effective planning and execution. Handle escalations and resolve customer issues with professionalism. Collaborate with management to implement strategies for growth and retention.

Requirements Mandatory on-paper experience as a Team Leader in Sales, Retention, or Collections. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams. Experience into International Voice process Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 2 way cab service provided. Willing to work in US Shift.

Pay: Up to ₹950,000.00 per year
