Ltd.. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to real-time IT support operations, system maintenance, and networking environments in a professional corporate setup. - Provide basic desktop and technical support to employees.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, and networking issues.
- Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and computer peripherals.
- Support system maintenance, upgrades, and software installations.
- Monitor and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and IT equipment.
- Help in configuring and troubleshooting LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Maintain records of IT assets, systems, and issue logs.
- Coordinate with senior IT support staff for issue resolution.
- Ensure timely response and support for day-to-day technical issues.
- Learn and follow company IT policies, security standards, and support processes. Required Skills
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and software installation.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and IT processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Pursuing or completed Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
