CDD / AML (Kharadi)

The Maker will support periodic Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews for Business Banking customers as part of the Bank’s AML/KYC compliance framework. The role involves reviewing customer information, collecting and validating supporting documentation, updating systems, and ensuring cases are processed accurately and in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role operates within a Maker–Checker framework using Salesforce (CRM) and FullServe (AWS integrated platform). Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process CDD cases through Salesforce workflow queues
- Conduct periodic CDD reviews for low-risk and standard-risk Business Banking customers
- Review and verify customer information, including: o Business and trading name o Registered and trading address o Ownership and control structure o Nature of business activities o Source of revenue/income o Customer geographic footprint and business relationships
- Collect, review, and validate supporting documentation and evidence
- Update customer information and records within FullServe accurately and completely
- Ensure all required documentation and evidence are appropriately recorded in the system
- Escalate discrepancies, incomplete information, or potential AML/KYC concerns to appropriate stakeholders
- Adhere to defined productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations
- Maintain compliance with AML/KYC policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations Pay: ₹300,000.00
