Digital Operations and Automation Executive (Viman Nagar)

We are looking for a agile and growth-oriented Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Executive to manage and coordinate the complete digital ecosystem for our brands Eatovito and ForteDal. The candidate will work closely with management, marketing agencies, creators, and internal teams to drive brand visibility, performance marketing, audience engagement, and digital growth initiatives. --- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Performance Marketing
- Coordinate Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Monitor WhatsApp campaigns and lead flow
- Track website traffic and campaign performance
- Support retargeting and conversion campaigns
- Analyze ad reports and optimize performance Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram/Facebook page activities
- Coordinate daily posting, stories, captions, and scheduling
- Maintain content calendar and campaign timelines
- Monitor audience engagement and responses Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies
- Review creatives, reels, campaigns, and deliverables
- Ensure timely execution and approvals Influencer & Creator Management
- Coordinate barter collaborations and influencer campaigns
- Communicate with creators and agencies
- Track collaboration performance and repost activities Digital Operations
- Manage marketing tools/software platforms
- Coordinate website updates and digital assets
- Maintain marketing reports and campaign data
- Support lead management and customer engagement activities Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital performance reports
- Track KPIs, audience growth, engagement, and campaign insights
- Present performance updates to management --- REQUIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of social media marketing
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing
- Canva/design coordination skills
- Strong communication and coordination ability
- Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Understanding of influencer marketing
- Basic understanding of WhatsApp marketing tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously --- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
- 1
- 2 Years experience in digital marketing/social media
- FMCG/startup experience preferred
