Business Development Associate Kharadi

Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market research to identify target clients, emerging sectors, and current business opportunities. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand the company’s footprint in domestic and international markets. Build and nurture solid relationships with clients through consistent communication, meetings, and presentations. Collaborate with the research and project delivery teams to create customized proposals, quotations, and client presentations. Negotiate project terms, pricing, and contracts in alignment with company policies. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth. Attend industry webinars, events, and conferences to network and promote the company’s market research capabilities. Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and interactions in the company’s CRM system.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or market research services. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build client relationships and drive revenue opportunities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
