Knowledge on Drives, Power system & switch gears , Protective relays , 110 KV switch yard, Dry & Oil type transformers, all types of motors, Trouble shooting of control circuits. Basic knowledge of ISO, TQM, TPM, OHSAS & Safety Knowledge on Spare part management Electrical breakdown attending related to Twisters, Looms, Warpers , Winders and Dipping Machines and analyzing the causes for failures Prepare power reports and circulate to concerned. Review the performance of the annual PM schedule and rework the schedules based on priority Organize statutory inspection, test and fitness certifications for relevant equipment and prepare annual budget for electrical R & M and overheads Organize annual maintenance activities such as transformer oil filtration, relay testing , instrument calibration etc., Monitor calibration schedule of instruments and ensure adherence to it.
