Packing Plant Shift Operator -Sattur

Role & responsibilities
- To ensure that the Packer and Bulk loader outputs are streamlined according to the budget and timeliness.
- To ensure that Safety standards are maintained at the packing area for a better work workplace and compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
- To Maintain the Housekeeping standards efficiently.
- To Optimize the Rack & Trucks turnaround time (TAT) in line with the planned schedules.
- To ensure the reduction of Bag bursting (Polythene and Paper bags).
- Responsible for deployment of Labors for ensuring smoother operations.
- Day to Day monitoring of O&M; operations at Packing Plant.
