Role & responsibilities To ensure that the Packer and Bulk loader outputs are streamlined according to the budget and timeliness. To ensure that Safety standards are maintained at the packing area for a better work workplace and compliance with relevant statutory requirements. To Maintain the Housekeeping standards efficiently. To Optimize the Rack & Trucks turnaround time (TAT) in line with the planned schedules. To ensure the reduction of Bag bursting (Polythene and Paper bags). Responsible for deployment of Labors for ensuring smoother operations. Day to Day monitoring of O&M; operations at Packing Plant. Monitoring & Maintaining of Bag Weight Variation.
