Role Description

This is a full time in office role for a Site Engineer, located in Madurai. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines. They will be responsible for reviewing structural plans, supervising construction work, managing resources efficiently, and providing technical guidance to the on-site workforce. Ensuring compliance with project specifications and resolving any in office challenges will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

Experience in on-site construction practices and managing daily site operations

Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and contractors

Proficiency in Quality Control protocols to ensure project standards are met

Knowledge and expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines

Proficiency in engineering software tools is a plus
