Software Support Engineer (Pachalloor)

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Support Associate to manage customer accounts and provide advanced software/application support. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling customer escalations and support operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Provide software and application support to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, application, and system-related issues.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and technical teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Monitor support tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
- Assist customers with software configurations, onboarding, and technical guidance.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
- Maintain support documentation, reports, and knowledge base articles.
- Train and guide junior support associates when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Required Skills
- Robust communication and customer management skills.
- Experience in software/application support and troubleshooting.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL/MySQL databases.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and support processes.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client issues efficiently. Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Preferred Requirements
- Experience in ERP, CRM, SaaS, or web-based application support.
- Experience handling client coordination and support escalations.
