Responsibilities
- Handle client communication through calls and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with clients regarding shoots, meetings, and marketing updates
- Support the client management and telecalling team
- Maintain client records and follow-up details
- Understand customer requirements and share updates with the marketing team
- Assist in social media and digital marketing activities
- Learn practical digital marketing workflows including branding, campaigns, and content planning
- Support the team during client projects and promotional activities
