WORK MODE: Remote WORK ENGAGEMENT & DURATION: Contract | 3 Months TIME ZONE: Thailand Local Time EXPERIENCE: 6+ Years (Minimum years of Oracle Retail RMS experience) & 3+ Years (Focused on RMS Replenishment) JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly hands-on Oracle Retail RMS Techno-Functional Engineer with strong expertise in RMS Replenishment, batch processing, PL/SQL development, and production troubleshooting within highly customized Oracle Retail environments. The ideal candidate should possess deep understanding of RMS replenishment concepts, batch flows, Purchase Orders, Transfers, and inventory movement processes, along with the ability to independently troubleshoot and support complex production environments with minimal documentation. This role requires both strong techno-functional understanding and operational ownership across Oracle Retail RMS ecosystems. Core Skill Requirements Oracle Retail RMS & Replenishment Expertise Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Retail RMS with very strong expertise in Replenishment functionality, including:
- Replenishment concepts and workflows
- ROQ (Receipt of Quantity)
- DST Orders
- Cross-dock Orders
- Warehouse Replenishment
- Source Methods
- Stock Categories and their usage
- Purchase Order generation and lifecycle
- Transfers and transfer types
- Inventory flows
- Item and supplier setup Candidate should have strong functional understanding of how Replenishment integrates with core RMS modules such as:
- Items
- Purchase Orders
- Transfers
- Allocations
- Inventory Management RMS Technical & Operational Depth Robust understanding of RMS transactional tables and batch flows, including:
- ORDHEAD / ORDSKU
- SHIPSKU
- REPLITEMLOC
- Allocation-related tables
- Replenishment and order creation batch processes Hands-on experience troubleshooting:
- Replenishment batch failures
- Order generation issues
- Inventory inconsistencies
- Production data issues
- Batch reprocessing scenarios Candidate should be comfortable working in highly customized Oracle Retail environments with limited documentation. Technical Skills Strong hands-on development experience in:
- PL/SQL
- SQL
- Proc*C Good understanding of:
- Collections
- Bulk Collect
- Context Switching
- Performance Tuning
- Triggers Additional experience preferred in:
- Shell scripting
- Batch scheduling and monitoring tools (Control-M / POM / AppWorx / etc.)
- Debugging and enhancing customized Oracle Retail codebases Integrations & Customization Experience working with:
- RIB
- RMS APIs
- Downstream integrations
- Customized batch frameworks and interfaces Ability to analyze and reverse-engineer existing customizations and operational flows. Production Support Responsibilities Strong L2/L3 production support experience with ability to independently handle:
- RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- Batch failures
