Public Relations Officer (R.S. Puram)

Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and responsible Public Relations Officer (PRO) to coordinate branch activities, awareness programs, and public relation initiatives across our retail pharmacy outlets. The candidate will be responsible for organizing health awareness activities, handling branch coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of special occasion campaigns and medical camps. Key Responsibilities
- Visit branches regularly and coordinate operational support activities.
- Plan and coordinate awareness programs for special occasions such as Women’s Day, Anti-Tobacco Day, Cancer Awareness Day, Diabetes Day, and other healthcare campaigns.
- Ensure timely arrangement and execution of health camps and promotional activities at branches.
- Coordinate with branch managers for event planning and execution.
- Handle communication and follow-up related to branch activities and public awareness programs.
- Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, vendors, and external agencies whenever required.
- Maintain proper records and reports of conducted activities and events.
- Ensure branding and promotional materials are displayed properly during events.
- Support management in public relations and community engagement activities.
- Travel to branches as per operational requirements.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management. Eligibility Criteria
- Any Degree preferred.
- Experience in PRO / Event Coordination / Liaison work preferred.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Ability to coordinate and manage branch activities independently.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills required.
- Willingness to travel between branches.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred. Preferred Skills
