Inventory Executive (R.S. Puram)

Receiving & Inventory Executive Location: SPAR Hypermarket Brookfields Department: Inventory & Operations Reporting To: Inventory Team Leader (TL) Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receiving & Inventory Executive to join our team at SPAR Hypermarket Brookfields, Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for handling receiving operations, invoice matching, inventory verification, and maintaining stock accuracy within the store. The role works closely under the guidance of the Inventory TL to ensure smooth inventory management and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Verify and match supplier invoices with received goods and system records.
- Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and receiving documentation accurately.
- Conduct physical inventory checks and stock verification on a regular basis.
- Ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system inventory.
- Coordinate with store departments and vendors regarding stock discrepancies.
- Monitor damaged, expired, or missing items and report issues promptly.
- Maintain proper inventory records and filing of documents.
- Support stock audits and cycle counting activities.
- Follow company SOPs and inventory control procedures.
- Assist the Inventory TL in daily inventory operations and reporting. Requirements
- Any graduate or diploma holder.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, stock handling, or receiving operations.
- Retail experience is welcome but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of inventory processes and invoice handling.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and inventory systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills

- Ability to identify stock discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
