Soft Skills Trainer R S Puram (R.S. Puram)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to train and mentor students enrolled in our IT and qualified courses, including UI/UX Design, Digital Marketing, Full Stack Java & Python, Data Science, and Data Analytics.

The trainer will be responsible for improving students’ communication, presentation, interpersonal, and interview skills to make them industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging soft skills training sessions for students Train students in: Communication Skills Spoken English Presentation Skills Personality Development Interview Preparation Group Discussions Corporate Etiquette Email & Workplace Communication Support students in improving confidence and professional behavior Conduct mock interviews and placement readiness sessions Coordinate with technical trainers and placement teams Track student progress and provide feedback

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Excellent communication and presentation skills Prior experience in training or teaching preferred Knowledge of corporate communication and interview processes Passion for mentoring students and freshers

Preferred Skills: Solid interpersonal skills Training and mentoring abilities Positive attitude and leadership qualities Basic knowledge of IT industry roles and expectations
