Full Job Description – Technical Support Executive We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented candidates for our Mumbai campaign. The role involves assisting customers with software-related queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a smooth user experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email
- Provide support for software usage and basic troubleshooting
- Guide customers in understanding product features
- Maintain records of customer interactions and issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical concerns
- Ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution Requirements
- English , Hindi language is mandatory
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and software handling
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly
- Telecalling or customer support experience is a plus
- Candidates who know multiple languages ( Arabic ) are preferred
