Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head – Marketing to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and brand visibility. The role involves developing comprehensive marketing plans, conducting market research, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing process equipment, industrial valves, pumps, chillers, vacuum pumps, and fabricated equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to identify potential markets and customers, understand their needs, and effectively position products.
- Conduct detailed market research to gather insights on industry trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, revenue opportunities, and pricing strategies.
- Design and implement promotional campaigns to highlight product features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Organize and actively participate in conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions to strengthen brand presence and reach target audiences.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and nurture potential customers through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion rates and increase overall sales revenue.
- Maintain new order flow by achieving targeted Government and Private Order Ratios.
- Develop, monitor, and manage the marketing budget (Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly) ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Product Development) to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and overall business goals.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, social media management, content creation, and email campaigns to expand online presence.
- Adapt marketing strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Generate regular performance reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness and recommend areas for improvement.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial preferred).
- 8 to 10 years of proven experience in marketing process equipment, industrial valves, pumps, chillers, vacuum pumps, and fabricated equipment.
- Strong knowledge of B2B industrial marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
- Experience in planning and executing large-scale marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Ability to manage budgets, forecast ROI, and drive cost-effective marketing initiatives.
