Full Job Description – Technical Support Executive

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented candidates for our Mumbai campaign. The role involves assisting customers with software-related queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email Provide support for software usage and basic troubleshooting Guide customers in understanding product features Maintain records of customer interactions and issues Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical concerns Ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution

Requirements English , Hindi language is mandatory Valuable communication and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of computers and software handling Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly Telecalling or customer support experience is a plus Candidates who know multiple languages ( Arabic ) are preferred Must be ready to join immediately
