— Zoho One Developer Position Location Remote / Cuddalore / Hybrid Experience 1–4 Years Preferred Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Zoho One Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain business automation solutions using the Zoho ecosystem. The candidate will work on CRM workflows, custom applications, integrations, process automation, dashboards, and scalable business systems across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize applications within Zoho One
- Configure and manage:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Creator
- Zoho Books
- Zoho Desk
- Zoho Projects
- Zoho Analytics
- Zoho Flow
- Build Blueprints, workflows, approvals, and automation processes
- Develop Deluge scripts and custom functions
- Create APIs and third-party integrations
- Design reports, dashboards, and analytics systems
- Automate sales, operations, HR, finance, and service workflows
- Conduct testing, debugging, deployment, and optimization
- Train end users and provide technical documentation
- Work closely with business teams to understand process requirements
- Ensure scalable and modular implementation architecture Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Zoho ecosystem
- Experience in Deluge scripting
- Understanding of REST APIs and webhooks
- Knowledge of CRM automation and business workflows
- Experience with:
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- SQL
- Understanding of business process mapping
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Good communication and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Zoho certifications preferred
