We have been recognized as a Great Place to Work.Job Summary: The Fundraising Executive will be responsible for developing and executing targeted fundraising strategies across schools, individual donors, corporates, and trusts, with a focus on the Student Action for Value Education (SAVE) program. This is a target-driven role involving field travel, donor relationship management, and event management to meet acquisition and retention goals, aligned with HelpAge India's mission.Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationship with school principals, corporates, and individual donors, securing new donations, renewals and upgrades. Contribute to fundraising strategies for diverse donor segments, with a special emphasis on the SAVE program in schools. Research and generate leads for corporate partnerships and local funding opportunities.Maintain and regularly update donor database for effective engagement and reporting. Promote digital fundraising platforms and engagement tools particularly within school networks. Plan and support the execution of donor visits and engagement activities, including schools events, quizzes. competitions and corporate meetingsCollect donor feedback, analyze trends and prepare periodic reports to improve fundraising outcomes. Expand the donor network and collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational goals. Requirements Qualifications, Skills&Experience: Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a management diploma/degree. 1-3 years' relevant work experience in fundraising., donor relations; sales/marketing Freshers with a passion for social impact and elderly care are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools. Good presentation and public speaking skills.
