- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer applications
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, IP)
- Basic programming knowledge (optional but preferred)
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
