Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the branding and packaging sectors. Use various strategies to generate recent business leads.

Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, phone, and social media. Present our company's services and set up meetings or calls.

Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.

Proposal Development: Assist in preparing proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients. Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate representation of our capabilities.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities.

Sales Support: Support the sales team in various tasks, including managing client queries, tracking sales metrics, and updating CRM systems.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and business development progress to management.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Attitude: Eagerness to learn and grow in a quick-paced environment. Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM software is a plus.

Experience: No prior experience required; however, any internships or projects related to sales or business development will be considered a plus.

Stipend = 5000/- to 8000/-
