Senior Full Stack Developer (CSEZ)

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (React + .NET 8 / Azure) Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with solid expertise in React JS and .NET 8 (or above) to lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will play a technical leadership role, contributing to architecture decisions, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality products. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of web applications (frontend + backend).
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Architect and build RESTful APIs using .NET 8+.
- Develop responsive and dynamic UI components using React JS.
- Work extensively with Azure native services for cloud-based solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to the team.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
- Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and performance optimization.
- Drive CI/CD implementation and deployment strategies.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in:
- React JS (hooks, state management, performance optimization)
- .NET 8 / .NET Core (latest versions preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services, including:
- Azure Functions
- Azure Blob Storage
- Azure Service Bus / Event Queue
- Experience in building microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and security best practices.
- Experience with database design (SQL / NoSQL).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Nice to Have
- Experience with Python and frameworks like FastAPI.
- Exposure to event-driven architecture.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of performance tuning and scalability patterns. Pay: ₹700,000.00
