The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist customers professionally. The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, product sales, maintaining store presentation, and supporting day-to-day retail operations. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.
- Support billing and checkout processes when required.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in stock arrangement, inventory handling, and replenishment activities.
- Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.
- Maintain discipline, grooming, and professional behavior at the workplace.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and retail operational guidelines. Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic customer handling and sales skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
