The role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing excellent support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, documenting interactions, and working collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service practices. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Strong command over english and hindi language.
- Experience in managing Customer Satisfaction and ensuring Customer Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is a plus
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and tools is an advantage
