Key Responsibilities: Manage overall finance, accounts, taxation, budgeting, and audit functions for real estate projects and corporate operations. Handle project accounting, fund flow management, MIS reporting, financial planning, and cash flow forecasting. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, RERA, and other statutory regulations applicable to the real estate sector. Coordinate with auditors, bankers, financial institutions, and government authorities for audits, assessments, and funding requirements. Monitor costing, project profitability, vendor payments, and revenue recognition as per accounting standards. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management. Drive financial controls, process improvements, risk management, and internal audit systems. Support management in strategic financial decisions, budgeting, and business expansion plans.

Desired Candidate Profile: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12–15 years of relevant experience in the real estate/construction industry. Robust knowledge of project accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial management. Experience in handling multiple real estate projects and large-scale financial operations.

Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools

Pay: ₹200,000.00
- ₹250,000.00 per month
