We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sports Operations Associate. The Role: As an Operations & Logistics Associate, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination between vendors, managing logistics, and handling financial and administrative tasks. Your role is crucial in maintaining our standards and fostering a smooth operational flow. What You Will Do:
- Logistics Management: Plan and execute logistics for court equipment, materials, and other operational needs. Ensure smooth delivery and installation processes.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors post-sales finalization to ensure timely setup and maintenance of Padel Courts. Oversee site visits, track project progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Finance and Payments: Manage invoices, process vendor payments, and maintain accurate financial records. Coordinate with the accounts team for payment cycles and expense tracking.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with vendors, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Travel and Administrative Tasks: Coordinate travel arrangements for teams, vendors, and key stakeholders as required.
- Operational Efficiency: Assist in creating and implementing operational workflows to streamline processes. Monitor timelines and ensure project deliverables are met efficiently. Who You Are:
- You have experience in operations, logistics, or sports management.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You demonstrate excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- You are proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
