Logistics Executive (Dadar)

– Logistics Executive Designation: Logistics Executive Function: Operations About Mittal Infocom Pvt. Ltd. Mittal Infocom Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Apple distribution company in India, known for its strong distribution network and efficient supply chain operations across multiple locations. Role Purpose The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing material movement, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring smooth coordination for inward and outward logistics operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Material Inward & Outward
- Manage and track all incoming and outgoing materials
- Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward entries
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for timely dispatch and receipt 2. Stock Management
- Maintain accurate stock records in the system
- Perform regular stock verification and reconciliation
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, if any 3. Material Follow-up
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams for pending materials
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per business requirements
- Track shipment status and resolve delays or issues 4. Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and sales teams
- Maintain proper records of GRNs, delivery challans, and invoices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will be evaluated against, but not limited to, the following metrics:
- Efficient handling of material inward & outward
- Accuracy in stock management (minimal discrepancies)
- Timely material follow-up and availability Required Competencies
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management
- Problem-solving ability Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics / warehouse / supply chain
- Knowledge of ERP systems preferred Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in distribution or retail industry
- Ability to handle high-volume material movement
