Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Parel for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing excellent support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, documenting interactions, and working collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service practices.

Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support Robust command over english and hindi language.
