Role Description

This is a full time, in office role located in Parel for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing excellent support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, documenting interactions, and working collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service practices.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support

Solid command over english and hindi language.

Experience in managing Customer Satisfaction and ensuring Customer Experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a dynamic environment

Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is a plus

Working knowledge of CRM systems and tools is an advantage
