Role Overview
We are seeking an Admin Executive to manage warehouse sales operations, billing, payment updates, and after‑sales reporting. The role requires solid organizational skills, accuracy in data handling, and proficiency in billing systems.
Key Responsibilities Handle day‑to‑day warehouse sales operations and support sales targets. Manage billing activities (BSC & Medura) and generate daily sales reports. Monitor and update payment transactions with accuracy and timeliness. Prepare monthly outstanding lists and provide data for management review. Record after‑sales updates from technicians in forms on a daily basis.
Requirements Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or related field. 2–4 years of experience in sales admin, billing, or warehouse operations. Proficiency in billing software (BSC, Medura) and Zoho applications. Robust communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00
- ₹27,000.00 per month
