Job Description – Logistics & Inventory Executive Job Title: Logistics & Inventory Executive Department: Supply Chain / Operations Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Executive to manage inventory operations, warehouse coordination, dispatch activities, and transportation processes. The candidate will ensure accurate stock management, timely delivery of materials, and smooth coordination with vendors, warehouses, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: Logistics Management
- Coordinate transportation and dispatch activities.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams.
- Prepare dispatch documentation, invoices, E-way bills, and delivery challans.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
- Resolve logistics and delivery-related issues. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Update inventory data in ERP/software and Excel sheets.
- Ensure proper storage and material handling practices.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, accounts, and operations teams.
- Prepare MIS reports related to logistics and inventory.
- Maintain documentation and compliance records.
- Support audit requirements and stock verification activities. Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of logistics and inventory processes.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations. Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP/Tally/ERP software.
- Experience in stock reconciliation and dispatch management.
- Good reporting and documentation skills. Salary: As per company standards and experience. Pay: ₹25,000.00
