Channel Partner Sourcing Manager - Real Estate (Parel)

- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners / brokers
- Build solid relationships across the real estate ecosystem
- Drive project sourcing and partner activation
- Coordinate with internal sales teams for closures
- Plan engagement activities, meets, and partner events
- Maintain strong partner retention and repeat business What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in channel partner management / broker sourcing
- Real estate or proptech experience preferred
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Hustler mindset with ownership attitude
- Ability to build and scale partner networks quickly
