Your Impact as Lab Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule lab activities, translate research goals into cast and test instructions, and monitor attendance and leave requests of lab operators. Ensure qualitative output by keeping test procedures and instructions up to date and making sure all activities comply with these standards. Maintain healthy stock levels of consumables, handle shipments to and from the Concrete Expertise Center (CEC) and ensure the constant quality of materials. Organize and track calibration and preventive maintenance of all equipment and oversee maintenance and repair work on lab infrastructure. Assist operators in resolving testing issues, maintain and implement test procedures, and check and upload test results into the lab database. Support safety and ergonomics improvement projects, maintain the MSDS database, promote safety awareness, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
