As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards and local regulations.Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts in accordance with Indian accounting standards Implement and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assetsMonitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate financial reports and statements Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles Coordinate and lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including GST requirements specific to IndapurProvide financial analysis and recommendations to management to drive informed business decisions Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline financial processes Stay up-to-date with changes in Indian financial regulations and accounting standards Assist in the preparation and filing of various tax returns and statutory reportsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or CMA preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and GST regulations Familiarity with local tax regulations specific to Indapur, IndiaProficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills Effective time management and planning capabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team Knowledge of regional business practices and financial reporting requirements Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and accounting practices All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
