Estimation Engineer (Balewadi)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets based on drawings, specifications, and scope
- Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for accurate quantity take-offs
- Lead pre-tendering and tender evaluation processes, including vendor comparisons and negotiations
- Develop and maintain rate analysis and cost databases for various construction activities
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure cost alignment
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering
- Monitor project costs vs budgets and highlight deviations with corrective actions
- Prepare feasibility reports and cost projections for upcoming commercial developments
- Support contract finalization and review techno-commercial terms
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and financial targets Key Skills & Competencies
- Robust knowledge of commercial construction methodologies
- Expertise in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Excel, MS Project / Primavera (preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Strong analytical and cost control mindset
- Ability to work under tight timelines with high ownership Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Additional certification in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management will be an advantage Experience Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in real estate / construction industry
- Prior experience in commercial projects (IT parks, office spaces, business hubs, etc.) is mandatory
- Proven track record of handling large-scale project estimations What We Expect
