Site Engineer (Balewadi)

About Role : Akruti Developer is looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer (Civil) to manage in office construction activities, execution, quality control, and project coordination for ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily site execution work
- Ensure construction activities are completed as per drawings and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants
- Monitor RCC work, finishing work, and civil activities
- Maintain quality standards and safety compliance on site
- Handle site planning, material coordination, and workforce management
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management regularly
- Resolve technical and site execution issues efficiently Mandatory Requirements: ✅ Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) ✅ 4–5 years of experience in site execution and civil construction ✅ Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management ✅ Ability to read and understand technical drawings ✅ Good leadership and coordination skills Preferred Profile:
- Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects
- Ability to independently handle site operations
