Senior Site Engineer (Civil) (Balewadi)

Job Title: Senior Site Engineer Company: Shree Sairaj Buildcon Location: Pune Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3-5 Years Job Summary We are hiring a dedicated and responsible senior Site Engineer having knowledge of Aluminium Formwork (Aluform) or MIVAN to manage daily site activities, coordinate with contractors, ensure quality control, and support smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities
· Supervise day-to-day onsite civil works: foundation, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, etc.
· Ensure correct installation and handling of aluminium formwork panels and accessories.
· Control manpower, schedules, and work progress
· Ensure quality control for concreting, alignments, survey, curing checks, and finishing.
· Enforce safety norms and site safety compliance. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and teams.
· Understand and resolve on-site issues related to slab cycles, inserts, embedment, box-outs, etc.
· Prepare BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), measurement sheets, material reconciliation, RA bills, daily reports , Supervision , reporting and execution on site work Required Qualifications
· B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
· 2–3 years (for junior roles with Alu form exposure).
· Experience on high-rise or repetitive formwork projects (Alu form /MIVAN) is mandatory.
· Alu form / MIVAN shuttering experience — key requirement on most listings.
· Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel/Office and site reporting tools.
· Knowledge of construction standards, BIS codes, and QA/QC procedures
