Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base for Solar EPC projects and Facility Management Services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, preparing proposals, and closing business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads for Solar Rooftop Projects and Facility Services.
- Identify potential clients through field visits, references, online platforms, and networking.
- Conduct client meetings and explain company services and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities. Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Solar EPC, Facility Management, or Technical Services preferred.
- Ability to handle client meetings independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Strong presentation and follow-up skills. Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in Solar, Electrical, HVAC, Facility Services, or Sales will be an added advantage. Salary & Benefits
