Project Support: Assist in drafting project plans, proposals, and identifying resource requirements. Monitoring & Reporting: Track daily progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), identify delays, and compile regular status reports. Administration & Documentation: Maintain audit-ready project records, manage document versions, and schedule meetings. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the liaison between the team, senior management, and external partners. Budget Tracking: Assist in managing expenses, monitoring vendor invoices, and tracking costs against the established budget. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Essential Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

Certifications like CAPM or PMP are frequently preferred. Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years of related administrative or project coordination experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, MS Project, Jira), scheduling tools, and MS Excel. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
