Dear Folks Hiring Customer Support Executive! JD:
· Create and manage customer orders in SAP, ensuring the end-to-end order-to-dispatch process meets both customer satisfaction and sales team expectations.
· Handle customer orders and inquiries for allocated region customers via email and phone, providing timely and accurate responses.
· Maintain a solid understanding of the product range and anticipate customer needs to offer proactive solutions.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Sales, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Product Development, to resolve customer issues efficiently and improve service delivery.
· Manage and update customer master data within SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
· Follow up on all orders from initiation to completion, ensuring customers and sales teams are kept informed throughout the process.
· Provide accurate dispatch and delivery information to customers and the sales team to avoid delays or misunderstandings.
· Understand the production process within the factory and communicate expected delivery times for materials to customers and sales teams.
· Monitor team performance, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
· Escalate complex issues to supervisors or National sales head when necessary.
· Meet individual and team performance goals related to customer service metrics such as response time, satisfaction, and resolution rates.
· Provide accurate information on environmental policies, programs, and compliance requirements.
· Encourage customer participation in sustainability initiatives (e.g., recycling schemes, clean energy adoption, waste segregation).
· Promote the organization’s environmental mission and core values in all customer interactions. Personal Competencies & requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree with Fresher /1-2 years of proven experience in customer service or support roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
