Senior Dispatch Executive (Ranipet)

Job Summary: The role is responsible for managing all inward and outward movement of goods in a manufacturing setup. This includes coordinating with the purchase and sales teams, ensuring accurate documentation, collaborating with the security team for gate control, and overseeing billing and vehicle arrangements. The role demands precision, accountability, and smooth coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all inward and outward movement of materials in the manufacturing unit
- Coordinate with Purchase team for inward entries and documentation
- Collaborate with Stores team to ensure accurate stock updates and movement records
- Work closely with the Security team to verify gate entries and maintain proper logs
- Handle billing, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle movement for dispatch and material pickup
- Liaise with Sales team for timely dispatches and order fulfillment
- Maintain dispatch registers and digital records for audit readiness
- Report daily dispatch/inward status to the Factory Manager
- Ensure compliance with safety, documentation, and company protocols Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in dispatch/store operations in a manufacturing setup
- Diploma or Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field
- Familiarity with HVAC&R; products preferred
- Robust coordination and communication skills; Speaking in Hindi is added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM/ERP software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00
