Job Overview

We are seeking a Retail Outlet Incharge for Power Sales to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. This is a full-time, junior level position based in Warangal, suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will oversee the retail outlet operations and drive sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• proven experience in inventory management, mandatory skill, to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce shrinkage
• strong customer relationship management, mandatory skill, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• power sales skills, mandatory skill, to effectively promote and sell products
• competency with Salesforce CRM for tracking leads and managing client data efficiently
• proficiency in point of sale (POS) systems for smooth transaction handling and checkout processes
• ability to execute visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers
• team leadership skills to motivate and manage a cohesive retail staff effectively
• data analysis and reporting abilities to monitor sales patterns and strategize improvements
