Acquisition Manager (Wayanad)

Work Location: Wayanad Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives + Travel Allowance (TA) : Let’s Inn is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Acquisition Manager to expand our property network across Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with villas, resorts, homestays, and hospitality partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire recent properties for Let’s Inn platform
- Build solid relationships with property owners and partners
- Conduct market research and field visits
- Negotiate commercial terms and close partnerships
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams for smooth onboarding
- Ensure target-based property acquisitions and business growth
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and partners Requirements:
- Experience in sales, business development, or hospitality acquisition preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel across Kerala
- Good knowledge of hospitality market is an added advantage
- Must be target-oriented and self-motivated Pay: ₹25,000.00
