Outbound Calling: Proactively contact potential or existing customers to present products, services, or special offers using pre-defined scripts. Lead Generation: Identify customer needs, qualify leads, and nurture prospects to build a healthy sales pipeline. Inbound Call Handling: Manage incoming inquiries from customers, providing accurate information, pricing details, and personalized recommendations. Database Management: Input and update accurate customer details, call logs, and feedback into the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Query Resolution: Listen actively to customer complaints or concerns and provide prompt, effective solutions. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call volume targets
